Deposits are required when booking your appointment service type. The deposit secures the date and time that you've booked, and it's deducted from appointment price. The remaining balance is due upfront soon as you arrive to your appointment.

It's required that you provide us notice of your cancellation, reschedule or appointment adjustments a minimum of 24 hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations and reschedules that are done less than 24 hours will make your deposit non- refundable. No call no shows will result in the remainder of your balance being charged.

We understand things and emergencies happen, so you are able to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit once. The second time will result in having to pay a $30.00 reschedule fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it does not go towards your service.

10-minute grace period. Anything after must call salon to see if we can still service your appointment. If we can't it is considered a cancellation. No extra guests allowed unless they are getting serviced. Please arrive with a clean face if getting a facial, brows, or Eyelash extensions.
